Mark - President
Mark is a native of the Twin Cities. He started his career in the boat industry in 1993 soon after graduation from college. He worked for a small ski boat dealership in northern Illinois for a year before launching a 5 year stint with Mid-West Correct Craft as a regional sales rep for Nautique Boats based in Indiana. In the fall of 1998, Mark opened the doors of Son Watersports in Minnesota, anchored by ski boats and pontoons. Mark hits the waters of northern Minnesota and Wisconsin with his family whenever possible. He is an active slalom skier and barefooter. Mark received his certification on PCM engines in 1999.

Kevin - Vice President
Kevin has been a business owner in Clear Lake, Wisconsin for over 35 years. Ski boats and pontoons represent one facet of a number of companies he owns & manages. He heads up Son Holdings, Inc., a combination of businesses including a watersports dealership, car part stores (Car Quest), Son Auto Sales, Priority Leasing, and Property Management on the west side of Wisconsin. Kevin helped launch the independent "Son Watersports" in 1998. Kevin is an active watersports enthusiast and is often up early in the summer getting in a slalom set with his neighbor.

Dona, Office & Marketing Manager
Dona is from northern Minnesota -- also known as Lake Country! Dona heads up our office. She is responsible for "all things paperwork" that run through the shop. Dona has a background in human resources and employee benefits and has a keen attention to detail. Son Watersports centers around family fun which is perfect for Dona since she loves being on the waters of Minnesota and Wisconsin with Mark and their 2 children!

Dave - Sales Manager
Dave is the "point man" in our sales department. He joined Son Watersports in 2005. He has a long history in the world of sporting goods. His management experience includes a career at Sitzmark and Hoigaards in St. Paul in addition to Fitzharris in St. Cloud. Dave loves all outdoor activities including any watersport, hiking, and alpine skiing. He was a long time waterski instructor during his years in the sporting goods industry and his claim to waterskiing fame is going backwards on a trick ski being pushed by the nose of the boat.

Dan - Technician
Dan is a graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute in Florida. His aptitude for "all things mechanical" is exceptional and he particularly likes working on outboard engines. He has his 5 Star Yamaha Certification and has core studies in Honda, Mercury, Suzuki, Volvo Penta, PCM, Mercruiser, and Indmar. Dan attends refreshing schools regularly.
